TOS for commissioned work + designs created by me

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
All payment is received through PayPal ($USD). Payment is required upfront before I begin work on the commission.
No refunds will be given after I have passed the sketch stage.
Please refer to my commission sheet for some basic price ideas. The commission's final quote may fluctuate depending on the character's complexity.

Please send clear, visible reference photos.
I will send one progress image of the sketch, beyond which only minor changes may be made. Additional updates are available upon request.
Most commissions will be completed within 1-2 weeks. I do my best to keep my clients updated with any delays during the art process.

I do not condone editing/altering my art without permission
My artwork may not be used for commercial use unless discussed beforehand
I do not allow any of my art to be used for AI or NFTs
My designs should be uploaded to ToyHouse (@khijuno) if at all possible - if not, proper credit as the designer is required.
